Our little office is located at 3-2-198 on Prashanth Nagar Road. If you are in Miyapur, you likely know the area, it has changed so much lately with all the new shops. Ssa Real Estates is basically just a few of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at different sites. The paperwork for property can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time sorting through files and making sure things are correct before anyone signs anything. It's a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes people just walk in off the street asking about prices, and we try to give them a straight answer based on what we see in the market. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing team. It's just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. Miyapur is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with plots and small houses mostly. It’s not always easy dealing with the local authorities, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the routine. We just want to help people find a decent spot to build or live without too much trouble. That’s pretty much the whole story here. We keep the kettle on most of the day if you want to stop by.
