Operating a clinic in Kukatpally means you’re always in the middle of everything. It is a crowded part of town, but that is just how it goes here. Sriutha Clinics has been part of this area for a bit, sitting right in the heart of the neighborhood. We don’t have some big corporate story to tell. We just opened up because we wanted to work in this community. Every day starts pretty much the same way, unlocking the doors and making sure the rooms are tidy for the patients. People from all over Kukatpally come in, some for small things and others for more regular visits. It’s a mix of faces, some we’ve known for years and some who are just passing through. The street outside is usually full of noise, but that’s the energy of the area. Inside, we try to keep a steady pace so nobody is waiting too long, although sometimes things get backed up when it’s flu season or just a random busy Monday. We handle the paperwork, see the patients, and talk to the families. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. There’s no big mystery to how we run things. We just stay focused on what’s right in front of us and try to be helpful to the people who walk through the door. This is basically how we spend our time every week.
