Srilakshmi real estate

We are located at 7-13, Alkapuri, right near the Puppalaguda area. Srilakshmi real estate has been operating around the Alkapuri X Road for a while now. This part of Hyderabad is changing so fast. Every time I look out the window, there’s a new building going up or a road being paved. It’s a busy place to be. We mostly deal with plots and houses right here in the 500089 zip code. I spend a lot of time on my scooter, going from one site to another. The office is just a place to sit down and sign papers. It’s got a couple of plastic chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. My phone never stops ringing, which is good I guess, but it gets tiring. People come by the X road and see our board. They usually want to know about prices or who is selling what nearby. I try to give them the honest truth about the land. Puppalaguda used to be much quieter, but now it’s all hustle. I like being in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us and our knowledge of the local streets. If a property is good, I say so. If it has issues with the water or the title, I say that too. It’s easier to be direct with people.
