Srila Homes and Estates Private Limited is situated in Flat 201 at Plot No 181. We are in the Matru Sri Nagar area, which is part of Chandanagar and Miyapur. It’s a neighborhood that feels like a real community, and our office fits right into that. We aren't in a shiny glass tower. Instead, we have a comfortable second-floor space where we handle all our estate work. The walls are mostly covered with site plans and local maps. We spend a lot of our day going through files or talking to people about houses and land in this part of town. Miyapur is always growing, so there is plenty of work to keep us busy. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It is just us, making sure the property transactions go through without any hitches. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. The office is a bit lived-in, with some old furniture and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask a quick question about a plot nearby. We like that casual atmosphere. It makes the workday go by faster when you are doing honest work in a place you know well.
