Sri Vani Medical Distributors

We run our distribution business out of the V L R Complex on Station Road. We have shops 25 and 26, so it’s two units knocked together. Being in Kachiguda means it’s always crowded and moving fast, especially with the station right there. We handle medical supplies and get them out to where they need to go. It’s a lot of boxes moving in and out every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just shelves and desks and people talking on phones. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for quite a bit now. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because of the traffic on Station Road, which everyone around here knows is a mess. We just try to keep up with the orders as they come in. There isn’t some big philosophy behind what we do, we just sell what pharmacies and clinics need. The staff knows the regulars by name and we try to keep the stock levels right. If you come by the complex, you’ll see us busy with crates and packing stuff up. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t spend money on fancy rugs or bright lights, we just focus on the inventory. It’s dusty sometimes and loud because of the trains and the street noise, but it’s where we work. We've got a couple of small fans to keep the air moving. We just try to get the orders right and out the door. It's just a job that needs doing every day.
