Sri Sairam High School

Sri Sairam High School is situated at House No 8-3-231/A/311 and 312 in Block A of Yousufguda. We are right in the heart of Hyderabad, surrounded by houses and small shops. Because we are in a residential-style building, the school feels a bit more like a home than a big institution. We have several floors and the stairs are quite narrow, so it gets a bit tight when the classes change over. You can hear the noise of the city from the windows, but we are used to the sound of traffic and people outside. Our classrooms are simple with basic benches and desks that have seen many years of use. We do not have a massive playground, so the kids use the available space during their breaks to run around and play. The teachers’ room is always full of stacks of books and people chatting over lunch. Most of the families who send their kids here live right in Yousufguda or nearby areas like Ameerpet. We know most of the parents by their first names. It is a busy little place and things can get a bit disorganized sometimes, especially when it rains and everyone is trying to stay dry inside. We do not have a big fancy office, just a small desk near the entrance where we handle all the administrative work. It is just a local neighborhood school doing its best every day for the kids.
