Sri Sai Furniture World

We’ve been here at RK Puram X Road for a while now. The shop is right near Megna Foodex in Moyya Nagar. Most days, it’s just us moving sofas around and making sure everything looks decent for anyone walking in. Sri Sai Furniture World isn't some giant warehouse, but we fit quite a bit in here. Kothapet is a busy spot, so we see all kinds of people looking for a new bed or maybe just a sturdy table for their kitchen. It gets a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but we try to keep the chairs wiped down. I remember when we first opened, the area looked different. Now there are more buildings and the traffic at the crossroad never really stops. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors about what they need for their flats. Sometimes someone wants a custom size for a cupboard, and we see if we can get it done. It’s practical work. My hands are usually a bit tired by the evening from lifting stuff, but that is how it goes. People know where we are because of the landmark. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the food spot and you’ll find us easily. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have fancy lights or a big sales team, just me and a couple of guys helping out with the heavy lifting. We just try to provide what people in Moyya Nagar actually use.
