People know us here in Gowliguda Chaman for all the card work we do. We’ve been at Door No. 15-3-8 for quite a while now. It gets busy during wedding seasons when everyone needs their invites printed fast. We handle a lot of different paper types and designs. Sometimes the machines act up or the ink takes a bit longer to dry, but we get the job done eventually. It’s a small space, mostly filled with samples and stacks of cardstock. You can find us right near the Chaman. We do things like wedding cards, visiting cards, and some art prints too. It isn’t a fancy office with air conditioning and sleek furniture. It is more of a workshop where we spend most of our day covered in a bit of dust or ink. We mostly deal with locals who walk in with a rough idea of what they want. We try to figure out the right colors and fonts together. Sometimes customers are in a hurry and we have to stay late to finish up the batches. It is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big corporation, just a local spot where you can talk to the person actually making your cards. Most of our day is spent checking the alignments and making sure the names are spelled right on the proofs. It’s honest work and we like seeing the final stacks ready to go out the door.
