We’ve got a lot of files stacked up on the shelves from years of looking at properties. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to land and houses nearby. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Usually, someone is sitting here with a cup of coffee waiting for a client to show up. The name of the place is a bit long, we know, but it’s what we’ve always been called. We spend a lot of time walking around Ganesh Nagar looking at sites. It helps to know every street. If someone wants to sell a plot or buy a small house, they usually stop by after visiting the gift shop next door. We keep things pretty casual. There’s no dress code or fancy reception area. Just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over the maps and the details. The fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’re used to it.
