SPEED HOMES LLP

Speed Homes LLP is located on the 4th floor of Semushi Towers. You can find us at Plot No. 21, which is right on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills. It’s a busy part of the city, but being up on the 4th floor helps cut out some of the traffic noise. The office is a practical space where we spend our time dealing with home listings and property documents. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us working together to keep things moving. There are usually stacks of papers on the desks and a calendar full of appointments. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites showing people around. Banjara Hills is a prime spot, so there is always someone asking about what is available. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. We just focus on the actual homes and the people looking for them. Our office is simple, with some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of files. Sometimes the elevator in Semushi Towers takes a while, but it’s a good building to work in. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to get to different parts of the city. We just take things as they come, handling the daily tasks and making sure the property details are accurate for everyone involved.
