SOUTH INDIA PRIME PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We started South India Prime Properties a while back. We’re over on Road No. 2 in the HUDA Residential Complex. It is a busy part of Banjara Hills. People usually just drop by the office when they are looking for a bit of land or a house around here. Most of us grew up in Hyderabad, so we know these streets pretty well. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a few of us working out of Plot 25. We spend most of our days talking to folks about property and checking out different sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this business. We deal with various plots and buildings in and around South India, but our heart is right here in Telangana. It is a lot of running around, meeting lawyers, and making sure the titles are clear. We do not do a lot of big ads. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor tells them to come see us. It is simpler that way. We like keeping things straightforward. If you come by, the office is easy to find near the residential complex. We might be out on a site visit, so it is always good to check. We have seen the city change a lot over the years, and it is interesting to see how these neighborhoods grow. We are just local people trying to help other locals find a decent spot to settle down or invest their money. It is honest work and we keep busy with it every day.
