Smart Hire

Smart Hire is tucked away in 2B of the Sailakshmi Apartments. You can find us in Ashoknagar, which is a fairly well-known spot. We have been operating out of this apartment for a bit now. It is not a massive corporate building, just a regular space where we can sit down and focus. Being in an apartment block like Sailakshmi means we see the same neighbors every day. It feels more like a community than just a business district. The office itself is small. We have a few rooms set up with what we need to get through the day. There is no lobby or receptionist to greet you, just a door and our workspace. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing with team building or motivational posters. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and do it. Ashoknagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We chose this location because it was convenient for the people who started the company. It is easy to get to, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We do not have much in the way of fancy equipment, just the basics that work. Most of our day is spent on the phones or at the computers. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. It is not glamorous, but it is where we get everything finished.
