Sintex Industries Ltd Secunderabad (B O)

Our branch office is over in Secunderabad, inside the Swapnalok Complex on S.D. Road. We are up on the third floor, specifically in block 301. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices and shops around. We deal with the industrial side of the business for Sintex here. It's mostly paperwork and coordinating deliveries for the region. The elevators in Swapnalok can be really slow during the lunch hour, so we usually just take the stairs if we're in a hurry to get back. It’s not a huge space inside, just enough for the desks and the metal filing cabinets. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The view from our window is just the street below, which is always packed with cars and bikes. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. It’s a workplace, after all, not a gallery. We deal with a lot of different orders every week. Some are big shipments for factories and some are just small bits for local contractors. We just try to keep everything organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. The tea stall downstairs is where we go when we need a break. We don't have a script for how we talk to customers on the phone. We just answer and try to help them out with whatever they're looking for. It’s a standard office job in a very busy part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the phones ringing, but we manage.
