A. R. Pharmaceutical is located at B-83 in the Apie area of Somath Nagar, over in Balangar. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of town. The area is full of different units and small factories. We spend our days dealing with various pharmaceutical bits and pieces. It’s a very different vibe from a regular office. We have to be more careful with how things are handled because of the nature of the products. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much. We’ve been in Balangar for a good while. Most of the staff live in the surrounding colonies. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which can be a bit tedious, but it’s necessary for this kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job correctly and keep things moving. Somath Nagar is a busy place with a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just life in an industrial area. We share lunches and sometimes complain about the commute or the rain. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one wears fancy suits, just practical clothes for a day in the facility. We’re just local people working in pharma.
