We have been here in Tara Nagar for a while now. Most people around Serilingampally know the office. It is nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we talk about land and houses. We get a lot of people coming in asking about plots or if anything is for rent nearby. It gets busy on weekends. Sometimes the traffic outside 8-16-24 is a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the streets and the owners around here. If someone needs a place, we look through our files. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls all day long. My coffee often gets cold because the phone rings right when I sit down to take a break. We try to keep things simple. If a house is good, we say it is good. If it has some issues, we mention those too. There is no point hiding stuff because everyone talks in a neighborhood like this. Most of our day is spent walking around to show properties or meeting people who want to sell. It is decent work. We are not trying to change the world, just helping folks find a spot to stay or invest their money without too much of a headache. The office is easy to find if you are near the main stretch.
