Shikha Fashions

Shikha Fashions is located at 23-6-797/a in the Bela extension. We are over in the Haribowli-Moghalpura part of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the lanes. The area code is 500065. We have been in this spot for quite a few years now. It’s a residential area mostly, so it isn't as loud as the main markets. We have a small storefront that we keep painted. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a counter. We don't have any air conditioning, just the breeze when the door is open. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the ladies from the neighborhood who come in to see what’s new. It is a very local business. We don't do any online stuff or big ads. We just live here and work here. The Haribowli area has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone needs something urgently. It’s not a strict schedule. We just go with the flow of the day. Shikha Fashions is just a place where we keep our stock and wait for the sun to go down so we can head home. It is a simple life in Hyderabad. We don't ask for much more than a bit of steady work every day.
