Shambavi properties LLP is located on the first floor of the Aparna Green Apartment building. Our office is in Flat No 109, right in the middle of Nanakramguda Village. This area has changed so much lately with all the big IT buildings going up nearby, but the village part still has its own feel. We work on all kinds of real estate stuff here in the Serilingampally Mandal. It’s mostly a small team of us handling the day-to-day tasks. We don't have any big corporate mission or fancy slogans. We just show up, look through the property leads, and talk to people who are interested in the area. Being in an apartment complex makes the office feel a bit more casual, which we like. We spend a lot of time out at Survey No. 74 and other nearby spots looking at land. It can get pretty dusty and hot out there, but that’s just part of the job. We don't try to sugarcoat things for our clients. If a place has issues with the road or the water, we just say it. We think people appreciate just getting the facts without a bunch of sales talk. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now and we know the local landlords and builders pretty well. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right.
