Our office for Shabdkosh Resorts is on the 4th floor of Bizness Square. We are right at the junction, opposite Hitex Road in HITEC City. It’s a very modern area with a lot of glass buildings and tech companies everywhere. Even though we are in a fancy building, we are just a small resort business. We spend most of our time at our desks on the 4th floor, managing bookings and talking to our staff at the different resort sites. Serilingampally and the whole K.V. Rangareddy area have changed so much over the years. It’s always crowded and busy now. We chose this location because it’s central, but the traffic can be a real headache. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon or making big promises. We just want to run our resorts properly. That means making sure the rooms are clean and the grounds look nice. Sometimes we have issues with the internet or the power, just like everyone else. We don't have a team of people to handle our image. It’s just us doing the work. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just to be practical. We show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure everything stays on track without getting too stressed out about it. It’s a lot of small details that keep us busy all day long.
