Service Engineer

Our business, Service Engineer, is located up in Balaji Hills at H. No. 8-43-6/18. This is in the Swaroopnagar area of Uppal, Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of the city isn't bad on a clear day. We work out of our home mostly. We’ve turned the ground floor area into a makeshift shop where we keep the lathe and the welding equipment. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but I know exactly where every wrench and bolt is kept. My neighbors are used to the sound of metal clanking by now. Hyderabad is a big city, but Uppal feels like its own little world sometimes. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of the time, I’m out on a site visit somewhere in the city, so the shop sits empty until I get back in the evening. We don’t make big claims about being the best. We just try to be practical and get things running again. If a machine is broken, it’s a problem for the owner, so we try to help out without making a big fuss about it.
