Service Engineer

We operate out of Nallakunta in Hyderabad. The address is 2-2-1137/8/3, which sounds complicated but it's easy enough to find once you’re in the neighborhood. It’s a typical Hyderabad street, always something happening outside. Inside, it’s a different story. We try to keep it focused on the work. We have been doing this for a while now, handling repairs and maintenance. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We’re usually in work clothes that have seen better days. That’s because we’re actually getting our hands into the machinery. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the trade. Sometimes the workspace gets a bit chaotic when three different jobs come in at once. We just clear a bit of space on the bench and get started. It’s honest, direct work. People in the area know us by name mostly. We don’t go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just fix what’s broken and move on to the next thing. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, then it’s back to the tools. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us. We’ve seen a lot of different gadgets and machines over the years, and we just figure them out as we go. It’s what we do.
