You can find Scorch Bakeworks Private Limited right opposite the Hyundai Service Centre in Shaikpeta. We are at H No 505, in Block 2 of Aditya Empress Heights. Being in 500008 means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. It is a busy corner of Hyderabad. Working in a bakery-focused business means we are usually up before most other people are even awake. The smells around here in the morning are usually pretty good. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Our space in Aditya Empress Heights is where everything happens. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but we’ve learned how to stack things to save space. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us. Some of the equipment can be a bit loud, and we spend a lot of time checking temperatures and timers. It isn't a glamorous job, and we often go home with flour on our clothes. But we like the routine of it. Shaikpeta is a decent place to be based, and being near the service centre makes it easy to give people directions. We just keep doing our work day after day, trying to make sure the ovens are running right and the packages are ready for the drivers. We have an old radio that only picks up one station, but it keeps us going during the long shifts.
