Savera Residency Hotel

Right beside the Big Bazaar on the main road in Ameerpet, you can find the Savera Residency Hotel. Our building is at 8-3-949/4 Madhus House, which is a very busy spot in the 500016 area of Hyderabad. Ameerpet is known for being crowded with students and people shopping, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Our hotel is a residency, so we mostly focus on providing rooms for people who need to stay in this part of town for a few days. The building is right in the middle of all the action. The rooms are basic and functional. We don't have any luxury amenities or fancy decorations. We just provide the essentials like a clean bed and a place to shower. We handle most of the work ourselves, like keeping the rooms tidy and checking people in at the desk. The entrance is a little narrow and parking around here can be a real struggle, but that is just how things are in Ameerpet. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with more and more shops opening up. We don't have any corporate branding or a big mission. We just try to provide a decent place for people to stay without any fuss. It’s an honest, simple operation that keeps us busy all through the week.
