Satkama High School

Satkama High School is tucked away at 1735 in Pragathinagar. If you know the Kukatpally area, you know how busy it can get around here. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a local place through and through. Most of the families living nearby know us because their kids walk to school every morning. We don’t have those massive campuses you see in the brochures. It’s just a solid building where we try to get things done. Some mornings are a bit chaotic with everyone arriving at the same time, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. The classrooms are full, and there’s always something needing a bit of repair. We handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just show up, teach the kids, and go home. Pragathinagar has changed a lot over the years, with more shops and houses popping up everywhere, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It feels like a real community school because we are right in the middle of where people live. You can hear the neighborhood sounds during the day, like the delivery bikes or people chatting on the street. It’s not perfectly quiet, but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily schedule. It works for the families here in Kukatpally.
