The traffic can be a real headache in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work or school. We have a decent-sized building where we host all the different classes. It isn't a brand-new glass structure; it’s a functional space where we’ve set up our classrooms and labs. We spend a lot of time on the basics. You’ll see the teachers carrying stacks of papers and the kids dragging their heavy bags up the stairs. The playground is a bit small, but the students don't seem to mind when they’re out there for recess. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; everything happens right here in Kothapet. If there’s a problem with the plumbing or a light bulb goes out, we usually fix it ourselves or call the local guy down the street. It’s a very hands-on way of running a school. We don't put out a lot of brochures or advertisements. Most people just see the sign on Saroor Nagar Road and walk in to ask about admissions. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, even though the curriculum can be quite demanding. It’s just a regular school trying to do a decent job in a big, noisy city.
