We are located at P.No:85/A in the KPHB area. SANDIVA PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is just a local office where we handle property questions and help people find homes. KPHB is always crowded and there is always something happening on the streets. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to buy or sell. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who know the local market pretty well. We spend most of our time out on the field, looking at different sites and making sure things are in order. Hyderabad is a big city, but KPHB feels like its own world sometimes. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or try to talk people into things. We just provide the information we have and let them make their own choices. It's a lot of legwork, checking titles and talking to owners, but it's what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change quite a bit. There are more malls and shops now than when we started. We just keep our heads down and do our work. If you need someone who knows the area and won't give you a corporate runaround, that's basically us. We're just regular people working in real estate.
