Sagar Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is located in the M M Pahadi area of Rajendra Nagar. We are quite close to Qayam Nagar, which is how most people find us if they get lost. This is an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of activity, with trucks moving in and out and workers walking to the different units. Our factory is where the work happens, though it’s more about persistence than anything else. We have several machines that run for long hours, and the noise is something you just get used to after a few days. We started as a small family operation and even though we've grown a bit, it still feels very personal. We know the names of all our workers and their families. The office is just a small room off to the side of the main production floor where we keep all the paperwork. It’s often dusty because of the location, but we try to keep things as clean as we can. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. Most people find us because someone else told them we do a decent job. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure we meet the deadlines we promised. It’s a lot of long hours, but it’s worth it. We usually keep some spare parts in the corner just in case a machine breaks down unexpectedly.
