S. L. V. Builders

S. L. V. Builders is located at 18-A in Saidabad Colony. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most of our work involves local residential projects, fixing things up or building from the ground up. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny office; we mostly work out of this spot in the colony. Construction is a lot of waiting for materials and then rushing to get things done before it rains. We deal with masons, electricians, and plumbers every day. It’s a lot of coordinating and sometimes a bit of arguing to make sure things are done right. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. If someone wants a wall built or a house planned, we sit down and talk about it over a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. Our desks are usually covered in dust and bits of cement from visiting the sites. We know most of the people around Saidabad Colony, and they know where to find us if they have a problem with a project. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to build solid structures that stay standing. It’s tiring work, but there’s a good feeling when you see a family finally move into a place you helped put together. We just keep our tools ready and show up where we are needed.
