S L V Builders & Developers

S L V Builders & Developers is based over in Aurora Colony. We're at 5-18-14/2 in Banjara Hills. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though it gets a bit noisy sometimes. We spend most of our time out at sites, looking at dirt or half-finished walls. When we are actually in the office, it’s usually to look at some blueprints or talk to someone about a new project. The office isn't anything special to look at. There are samples of tiles and bricks sitting in the corners. It can get a bit dusty because of all the materials we move around. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time. Building things felt like the right way to make a living. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal out there during the summer. We don't do those fancy presentations with lights and screens. We just show people what can be done with the space they have. Sometimes things go wrong with a supplier or the weather ruins a week of work. We just deal with it as it comes. My uncle started this and now I’m helping run the daily side of things. We know the local codes and how things work around here. It’s steady and we like it. We keep our trucks parked out front when we aren't using them. It’s just us doing what we know best.
