Ruchi Foods & Beverages

Over here at Srinivasa Nagar in Chintal, we run Ruchi Foods & Beverages. Our spot is at 8 133/1A, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. Dealing with food and drinks means there is always something to clean or a batch of something to check. Quthbullapur is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. We aren't a giant factory or anything like that. It’s more of a local operation where we make sure people get what they need to eat or drink. Sometimes the kitchen area gets really loud and hot, especially when we are in the middle of a big order. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, from checking supplies to making sure the packaging is right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to stay focused to make sure everything comes out okay for the customers. Most of the people working here live close by in Chintal or surrounding areas, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We don't have any big marketing team; we just rely on the fact that people like what we make. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to scramble to get more from the market, which is just how it goes in this business. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the shelves aren't empty for too long. It’s just a regular food business doing our daily work in Telangana.
