RSRS Realtors LLP is located on the first floor of Pride Residency. We are in unit 101, which is easy enough to find once you get into the Hanuman Tekdi area. Sultan Bazar is always busy, so there is a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. It’s a very different vibe than the newer parts of the city. Our office is just a regular space where we handle real estate matters. There are a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our mornings catching up on emails and checking the latest listings. Since we are right in the middle of a commercial hub, things move fast. Sometimes the traffic in Sultan Bazar makes it hard for people to visit, but we are usually here from early morning. We don't do much fancy stuff. We just focus on the properties and making sure the documentation is done right. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and people moving around outside, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been at 4 1 358 for a while now. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of tea while we look over maps and legal documents. It is just a local business trying to do things the right way without any big fuss or complicated systems.
