We work out of Flat No 304 in Block B of Srikalki Chambers, which you can find in Miyapur. It’s an office building that has a lot of other different businesses around us. Our space is actually one of the regular flats that was converted into an office. It feels a bit like a home, which is a nice change from a standard office. We have a few rooms where we keep our files, computers, and a small dining table we use for meetings. Miyapur is a growing area with a lot of construction, so there’s always something new being built just a few blocks away. We spend most of our time here looking over property papers and talking to people who are interested in the local real estate market. The building has a lift that we use to get to the third floor. It’s not a very large office, but it is enough for what we need to do. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big reception lobby. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and quiet. We usually have files and folders piled up on the desks. We like being in Srikalki Chambers because it’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We don’t go in for much marketing or big promises. We just stay in our office and handle the estate work as it comes in. It’s a steady job and we like the routine.
