Rj Realestate is over at 76/59-8 in the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony. If you have ever been to KPHB, you know it is a huge place with a lot of houses and shops everywhere. We have been set up here for some time now, and we have seen the colony grow and get more crowded every year. Our office is a simple one where we keep track of the available flats and houses in the area. We spend most of our time out on the streets, meeting owners and showing places to families. It is a lot of climbing stairs and walking through different blocks. We do not have a big shiny sign or a lobby with a receptionist. When the phone rings, it is usually one of us answering it while we are on our way to a site. We know the local water timings and which blocks have the best parks for kids. It is the kind of stuff you only know if you work right here in the colony every day. Sometimes we get a bit behind on our paperwork because there are so many people to meet, but we try to keep things honest and clear. We do not use big words or try to sell people on things they do not need. We just show what is there and let them decide. It is a busy life here in Kukatpally, but we like being right in the middle of it all.
