It’s a decent spot, and having an office in an apartment building means it feels more like a home than a sterile workspace. We deal with all kinds of property things every day. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks, talking to owners and looking at various home options. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but the view of the valley is nice enough to make up for it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad or anything like that. We just want to help people find a place that works for them. Most of our work is local, so we spend a lot of time around H.No.8-2-405/1 to 3. It's a busy part of town but we like the energy. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything. When someone walks in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. If we can help, we do. If not, we say so. It’s a pretty simple way to run a business. We handle the usual stuff like rentals and sales without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been around for a bit and we plan to stay right here in the apartment.
