Redtech Medical Systems

We’re located in Kukatpally, over at O.M. Srinivas. It’s a busy part of town in Andhra Pradesh, and we’ve been part of the community here for some time. Redtech Medical Systems is what we call ourselves. We deal with medical equipment, which is a serious business, but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere in the office. It’s not a giant warehouse or anything, just a focused space where we manage orders and talk to customers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it's a bit quieter so we can catch up on paperwork. We have a lot of manuals and technical guides lying around because there's always something new to learn about the machines. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together for a long while now. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without too much fuss. People come to us when they need specific medical setups, and we do our best to help them find what works. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have and how much it costs. The traffic in Kukatpally can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located helps our suppliers reach us easily enough. We keep our coffee machine running all day, which helps us stay alert. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours, and we take pride in being reliable.
