We’ve been at 6-3-250/4 on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills for quite some time now. It’s a prime location but that also means the traffic is almost always backed up outside our door. REDDY REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of a space that has seen a lot of history. The building is older, but it serves us well. We don't have a modern interior with neon lights or sleek furniture. It’s mostly just old wooden desks and shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of property records. We deal with all sorts of people who are looking to buy or sell around here. Being in Banjara Hills means there’s always something happening, even if it’s just someone arguing over a parking spot outside. We spend a lot of our day on the move, checking out different spots in the city and then coming back here to update our files. Our tea breaks are the highlight of the day, usually taken while standing near the entrance watching the cars go by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just know this area well and we do our work as best as we can. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the heat and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the property business without making things complicated for ourselves.
