At Rci, our office is located at Hno: 8-3-785/A in the Yellareddy Guda area of Hyderabad, specifically near Srinagar Colony. It is a well-known part of town, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us once they get into the right lane. The building is a standard residential-style structure that we’ve converted for our work. It’s got that lived-in feel, which makes it a bit more comfortable than a cold, glass-and-steel skyscraper. We handle a variety of tasks throughout the week, and things can get pretty cluttered with files and notes. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have our computers and the necessary furniture. The staff here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is a lot of back-and-forth talking while we work. We don't have a formal dress code, so you'll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. Hyderabad can get incredibly hot, so the air conditioning is our best friend during those months. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just a group of people working in Srinagar Colony, trying to keep our records straight and our clients satisfied. The rhythm of the day is pretty predictable, starting around 10 and wrapping up when the work is done. It’s a steady, quiet way to operate.
