Ramesh Engineering Works - Hyderabad

We are over in L. B. Nagar in Hyderabad. This is where we do all our engineering work. It is a workshop more than an office, so there is usually the sound of metal being cut or machines running in the background. It gets quite dusty and the floor is always covered in scraps and shavings from whatever we are building that day. Ramesh started this place a long time ago and we just kept it going. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come into the shop and look at the workbenches. We have a few lathes and welding machines that have seen better days but still work just fine. L. B. Nagar is a busy area with a lot of other shops like ours, so there is always a lot of activity. We deal with local repairs and making parts for people who need them. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but usually, we are busy from morning until evening. We don't really do marketing. People just know we are here in Hyderabad and they bring their stuff to us when it needs fixing. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it is honest work and we like it that way. We keep the shutters open for the breeze and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life of making things and fixing what’s broken for the local folks.
