Ramayya Pramila Hospital

Ramayya Pramila Hospital is located right in Basheerbagh. If you know the area, you know it is right in the middle of all the action. There is always something happening outside on the streets. We have been here for a good while. The building is just a normal hospital building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it is usually a bit of a rush. Patients come in from all over the city because Basheerbagh is so central. We have different floors for different things. Some days the elevators are slow and you might be better off taking the stairs if you are in a hurry. The staff is mostly people who have been working in health for a long time. It is a very practical place. We don't have those big TV screens or coffee shops in the lobby. It is just chairs and desks and medical equipment. The noise from the traffic outside sometimes drifts in, but you get used to it after a while. We see a lot of families coming in. It is just a standard hospital doing its thing day after day. We keep the lights on and the doctors are usually around somewhere in the hallways. It’s not a corporate office, it’s just a place where we try to get the job done for the people who walk through our doors. It is just busy and functional.
