Rakshit Industries

Rakshit Industries is situated at Plot No. 23 in Gandhinagar, which is part of the Balanagar area. We have been here for a good number of years now. It is a busy place to work, especially with all the other units around us doing their own thing. Our space isn't very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into Plot 23 to keep things moving. Balanagar is a central spot for this kind of work, so it made sense for us to stay here when we started out. Most of the people working here are from nearby neighborhoods, so we have a pretty steady crew that knows the routine. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist because we are usually in the back where the actual manufacturing happens. The noise from the machines can be quite a bit during the day, but we don’t mind it much anymore. It’s just the sound of things getting done. We handle our daily tasks as they come and try to keep a clean workspace, though it gets dusty pretty fast around here with the wind. Sometimes customers come by to check on their stuff, and we just talk to them right there on the shop floor. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a local shop in Gandhinagar that knows its business. Life here is mostly about meeting the next deadline and making sure the equipment stays in good shape for the next day's shift.
