Raj Classic Inn Hotel

We've been here at 50 MG Road for a long while now. Being right next to the Ramgopalpet Police Station makes it pretty easy for people to find us, which is good because this part of the city is always moving. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people walking by at all hours of the day and night. Keeping things running halfway decent is what we aim for, especially for anyone needing a room while in town for work or just passing through. The building itself has its own personality. While it might be a bit old-fashioned in some spots, we do our best to keep it clean and tidy. Our staff usually knows the regulars who come back every month. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that’s just life on MG Road for you. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are ready and the plumbing is doing what it’s supposed to. It is quite a lot of manual work, to be honest. We don’t have any fancy lobby music or big screens everywhere. Just a simple front desk where you check in and get your keys. People come here because they know where we are and what they are getting. We see many travelers coming from the railway station since it is fairly close by. Helping with directions is common when someone gets turned around on the main road. It is just a regular hotel doing its thing.
