Sangam Real Estates

Right now, we are focusing a lot on our new venture launch over at Chanda Nagar in Bachupally. It has been a lot of work getting everything ready. Sangam Real Estates is basically just a few of us trying to get these projects off the ground. Bachupally is growing fast, you can see new things coming up every week. Our office gets pretty dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the site, wearing boots and checking on the progress. It is not like those fancy offices you see in movies. We have some plastic chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, but we just keep talking. My brother helps with the site visits while I stay back to handle the phone. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this area well. People come to us because they want to know what is actually happening on the ground in Chanda Nagar. We tell them what we know. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking to contractors. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see a building actually go up from nothing after all the planning.
