QUAD HOTELS LLP

Our business, Quad Hotels, is based over at Plot 79 in Survey 50, which is in the Diamond Hills area of Seri Lingampally. It’s a part of Hyderabad that has grown so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We are right in the middle of all that activity. We spend most of our time managing the day-to-day things that come with running a hotel. It’s not like what you see on TV. Most of it is just checking schedules, making sure the cleaning supplies are stocked, and talking to the people who stay with us. We aren't a big international brand. We are just a local LLP trying to provide a decent place to stay. The area around Seri Lingampally can get very crowded, especially during rush hour, so getting anything done takes a bit longer than you’d expect. We have been here for a while and have seen the buildings go up all around us. We don't have any scripted speeches about our vision or anything like that. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready when someone needs them. It’s a lot of simple, repetitive tasks that keep the place going. Sometimes the power goes out or there's a leak we have to fix immediately. That’s just part of the job. We show up every morning and do what we can to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal about how hard it can be.
