Our office is in Puzzolana Towers, which sits on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known building in a busy part of Hyderabad. At PUZZOLANA Machinery Fabricators (Hyderabad)LLP, this is where the administrative side of things happens. It’s quite different from the dust and noise of the actual fabrication yards. Here, it’s mostly computers, stacks of paper, and phone calls. We have windows that look out over the street, and the traffic is constant. The office has a lived-in feel to it. There are technical drawings spread out over most of the flat surfaces. We don't have a lot of fancy art on the walls, just charts and project schedules. We usually have a lot of visitors coming in to talk about their projects. It gets a bit crowded in the small meeting room. We aren't really the type for corporate polish. We talk about steel and timelines more than anything else. There is a small pantry where we make tea. Most of us have worked together for years, so we know how everyone likes their chai. Banjara Hills is a high-end area, but inside our office, it’s all about the machines. We keep a regular schedule, coming in at nine and leaving when the work is done. It’s a solid, steady environment. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep everything moving forward. It’s a lot to manage.
