We are located in Bhanu Enclave, occupying units 307 and 308. Most people around here just call the area Sundernagar Colony. Manjira Machine Builders Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of these two rooms for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy industrial park, just a regular building where we can set up our equipment and get to work. Having two units gives us a bit more space to breathe, which is nice when things get busy. One side is mostly for the paperwork and administrative stuff, while the other side is where we keep more of the practical things. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of the nature of what we do, but we try to keep it as clean as possible. We don’t have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who have been with us for years. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps us stay focused. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything that screams for attention. Most of our neighbors in the enclave are also just small businesses trying to make a living. We share stories and the occasional cup of tea in the hallway. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just build what needs to be built and make sure it’s done right before it leaves the shop.
