Manjira Machine Builders Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Flat No.307 and 308 on the third floor of Bhanu Enclave. It’s in Sunder Nagar Colony. It’s an interesting spot because the building is a mix of homes and small offices. Our space is more of a design and administrative hub rather than a heavy workshop. We have a few computers where we do the drawings and the planning for the machines we build. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old prototypes lying around on the shelves. We’ve been in Bhanu Enclave for quite some time now. The team is small, just a few engineers and some support staff. We all usually eat lunch together in the small pantry area. It’s a quiet colony for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on complex calculations or designs. We don't really have a big sign outside or a fancy reception desk to greet people. You just ring the doorbell and someone comes to open the door. We spend our days talking to vendors and making sure the fabrication is going right at the off-site workshops we use. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't big on corporate talk or long presentations. We just like building things that work the way they are supposed to. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we’ve gotten pretty good at navigating the challenges that come up.
