Our office is tucked away at H No: -10-347/7, Plot No: -49/A, in the Vasanthapuri Colony of Malkajgiri. It’s in Hyderabad-500047, which was part of Andhra Pradesh back when the records were set. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn’t look like a big travel company from the outside. We’re just a group of people working out of this colony, handling things for Pullmantur Cruise Lines. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people about trips they want to take. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs get a bit loud outside, but we just keep working through it. We’ve been in Malkajgiri for a while now, and we like the pace of it. It’s not as crazy as the city center. We don't go around saying we are the best at anything. We just do the job we are supposed to do. If someone asks for help with a cruise booking, we look it up and tell them what we find. It’s very matter-of-fact. The staff here is mostly local, so we all know the same spots for lunch. We aren't some giant faceless corporation when you talk to us; we’re just the people at Plot 49/A. We keep things pretty relaxed and just focus on getting the details right. It’s about doing the work day by day and making sure the phones get answered when people call us from all over.
