We are located at M K Plaza, specifically on Plot 267 in the Serilingampally area. Our office is categorized under the LIG section, and the Sy 302 plot is where the building stands. PROPON PROPERTY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED isn’t a huge operation. We share the plaza with a few other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. The 500017 area has changed so much lately, and we’ve been watching it happen from our window. Our office is functional. We have some metal cupboards for our files and a few chairs that have been around as long as the company. We don't go in for fancy decor. It is more important that we have enough space for our maps and the big ledgers we use. The commute can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, so we usually get in early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine in the hallway. Most of our work involves checking on sites and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the local property deals. We talk to a lot of people every day, from laborers to land owners, and we try to treat everyone the same. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the office running and helping people with their property needs.
