We've been running this property business for a while now from our spot at Madhapur Prideliveinn. It isn't anything fancy, just a basic office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our time is spent answering the phone and trying to help people find a place to stay or an office to rent in the area. Madhapur has changed a lot since we started, with so many new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep our lists updated, but it’s a lot of work since things move so fast around here. It’s mostly just a couple of us working the desk and going out to show houses when someone asks. The weather can be really tough in the summer, walking around all day, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just know the local streets and which landlords are okay to deal with. People come to us because they want someone who actually lives and works in this neighborhood. We don't use any big corporate talk or make huge promises. We just show you what is available and tell you the rent. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should, but we try to push it through. It's a simple operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
