Proma Realty Private Limited is located right in the middle of everything at Punjagutta. Our office address is H No 6-3-883/2/511, and we are inside the Topaz Building. If you know Punjagutta, you know how hectic the traffic can be around here. It’s a central spot though, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in the Topaz Building for a bit now. Our space is functional and filled with cabinets of property records and site plans. We work on a lot of different projects, from small plots to bigger commercial spaces. It’s a busy environment and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of sites we’ve worked on. The team here is small but we know the city well. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating between buyers and sellers or checking legal papers at the registrar’s office. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important to get the details right. We try to be as clear as possible with everyone who walks through our door. No one likes being confused when it comes to property. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places nearby and talk shop. It’s a typical life for a realty team in a big city like this. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job.
