Private Hotels

Out here in Ahmed Nagar, near the First Lancer area in Masab Tank, you will find us at H.No: 10-5-236/A. We call ourselves Private Hotels. It is a bit of a long address to write out on an envelope, but it is exactly where we are based in Hyderabad. The area is usually bustling with activity, and our building is tucked right into the heart of it. We manage things from here, mostly dealing with the day-to-day running of our properties. It is not like those big hotel chains where everything is automated and cold. We are just local people working in a local neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded during the rains, but that is just part of living and working in this part of India. We have been in A.P. for a long time, and Masab Tank has its own rhythm that we have become part of. We do not have a big PR department or anything like that. When you call or visit, you are talking to someone who is actually sitting in the office in Ahmed Nagar. We keep our records in order and try to make sure everything is handled properly without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know the area and the business well. We just take it day by day.
